Penn State Lehigh Valley alumnus Tom Carson is putting his degree in rehabilitation and human services to good use in his current job as associate executive director of Victory House of Lehigh Valley, a nonprofit organization that provides shelter and transitional services to homeless men.

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. (May 25, 2021) — Penn State Lehigh Valley held the Charles W. Dent Blue & White Gala virtually on May 20 to pay tribute to the former Congressman and PSU alumnus for his years of service to the community while raising essential funds for the new PSU-LV Charles W. Dent STEM wing, part of the campus’ $14.4M expansion project.
The new expansion project and renovations include the addition of a full-service cafeteria and Admissions Welcome Center, a STEM wing featuring a 2,200 sq. ft. organic chemistry lab, as well as additional classroom, tutoring and student networking space.
The gala will pay tribute to former Congressman and Penn State alumnus, Charlie Dent, for his many years of service to the community and will raise funds for the Charles W. Dent STEM wing, part of Penn State Lehigh Valley's $14.4M campus expansion project.
